Customer growth means someone trusted us with part of their work.
A new customer arrives with a problem they want to solve. They give us time before they know whether the product will help.
その期待を、軽く扱いたくない。
In Verachi, a customer may need to find a decision and the evidence behind it. In Midflight, an engineer may want to preserve a lesson from practice.
I want to know whether they completed that work. If they stopped, I want to find the point where the product became unclear.
What this asks of me
That responsibility also reaches my work as CMO.
Marketing shapes the customer’s expectations before they open the product. I have to describe what our products can do without stretching the claim. Planned work must remain planned. Customer results need evidence.
CMOとして、できることを、そのまま伝えたい。
Each new customer gives us another chance to observe where the product helps. Their return tells us that something inside remained useful.
使ってくれる人が一人増えるたびに、向き合う仕事も増えていく。
To me, customer growth means earning that return.
Someone trusted us with their work. I want our products—and the words around them—to respect that choice.
