Engineering work produces decisions, tasks, and incident knowledge. The core loop keeps those records connected so the next person or agent can reuse them.

Verachi records the decision

Work starts with an agreement. Verachi records what was decided, why the team chose it, who owns it, and which evidence supports it. The record stays attached to the project that owns the work.

Teams review related risks, guidelines, comments, and dependencies before they act. People and agents can later inspect the cited record without reconstructing the decision from chat history.

Midflight records the resolution

Incident work creates operational knowledge. Midflight lets an engineer practice an incident, inspect signals, test hypotheses, and review the result.

Canvas records the symptom, evidence, rejected paths, diagnosis, and validation. A useful path can become a reviewed skill draft. Midflight runs as a controlled learning environment and has no automatic authority over production systems.

Verachi and Midflight cover different records

Verachi explains why a team chose a path. Midflight records how an engineer understood and resolved a problem during execution. These records reduce repeated decision reviews and incident investigations.

The products have separate data, policy, and release ownership. Their records support the same work, but no automatic workflow connects them today.

Mooomooo will coordinate the middle

Mooomooo is being built to coordinate a prompt from accepted scope through human and agent handoffs to completion. This coordination layer will track the work between Verachi and Midflight records.

The target loop is:

  1. Verachi records the decision, scope, rules, and evidence
  2. Mooomooo creates owned work from the agreement
  3. Humans and agents complete tasks through recorded handoffs
  4. Midflight records reusable knowledge from execution problems
  5. Mooomooo closes the work with its outcome and evidence attached

Verachi will continue to own decisions. Midflight will continue to own incident learning. A completed Mooomooo item should identify its authorizing decision, execution record, outcome, and reusable evidence.

Completion adds evidence to the next loop

Evidence from a finished task can strengthen its decision record. A reviewed resolution can improve a later Midflight practice or skill. New risks can return to Verachi for a decision.

Another person or agent should be able to inspect the scope, execution path, outcome, and reasoning from the completed work.

The long horizon

The long-term goal is one engineering collaboration platform for decisions, coordinated work, and operational learning. Source code, work management, and communication may enter that platform when they improve the core loop. This goal does not commit Mooomooo to replacing Jira, Slack, GitHub, observability tools, or incident management systems... Yet.
